  • Because of the way HostJane manages an entire network of AWS servers, we don't restrict individual servers to a certain bandwidth amount per day, and instead sell plans on the probability of how much traffic your virtual machine will use.

  • If you approach the maximum limit or overuse your account's bandwidth for consecutive hours over a 24h period, we'll contact you asking you to reduce usage or move to a different plan.

  • HostJane does not charge overage fees.

What is HostJane's refund policy?

  • As defined in Section 7 of the Web Hosting Terms of Service, unless separately arranged.
