3. The stuff that still belongs to us

What stuff are we talking about?

If you pay us for a server or for space on a server, there is stuff on that server that still remains jane’s property, or one of our licensors’ property.

This includes designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement, and all software used to provide the Services.

We call this stuff our “Content”.

It also may include other stuff not listed above.

Please don’t change our stuff in anyway

Our stuff may not be modified or copied. You can’t display or distribute it. Or frame it in another site. You can’t reproduce or republish it. Don’t post it anywhere or download it. Or try to scrape it.

Don’t do anything that’s a verb to any part of our stuff, in any way, by any means. We say that just in case someone thinks of someway of doing something to our stuff in a way that we haven’t thought of yet.

Just enjoy hosting your own content, and leave our stuff alone.

We don’t like big words near our servers

Doing things that have big words like “reverse engineering”, “decompiling”, “disassembling” or in other ways, screwing around with our source code, is totally unacceptable and not allowed.

If we see anyone doing anything to be nasty to us like this, the agreement is 100% terminated and you have no rights to use any of our Services or Content.

We’re not fans of counterfactual history

If you’re the person who has found some unwanted use of our Content that is somehow cleverly not covered by our list above, that does not give you any right to it. In that imaginary scenario, jane or our licensors would keep the rights to all our stuff and how it’s used.
