We have a lot of things going on our servers in quantities of petabytes and higher. We cannot humanly monitor every single transaction and information packet.

We’re upfront about the fact that jane has no direct relationship with the third-party customers or users of our hosting resellers.

We do not knowingly retain any information regarding such users.

Realistically, it is possible that jane may unknowingly collect information about the customers or users of our hosting resellers.

This usually occurs if a reseller uses one of our reseller servers to obtain encrypted information about their user during the reselling process.

If you’re a reseller, and your third-party user believes their privacy has been breached on the server you bought from us, they need to take the matter up with you, as the reseller, not us.

You will better placed to track down, control, and/or delete the server space where you have put their information.
